Turnips don't have beating hearts though. I was just curious to see what this generation knows. Different times. (I don't care for collared greens but I love turnip greens. don't care for turnips either. lol)
There might be a few steps to follow first so you don't wind up with sweet and sour feathers, guts and feet. I've heard that chicken feet make good soup stock but I've never tried that myself.
