it is, my brother has it, its separate. his is "Delta dental" they offer many plans at obamacare 1-800-318-2596 , u can ask them yourself. Its 15.27$ per month, 50$ deductible and they pay up to 1000$ a year. Its basically a wash if you goto 2 checkups a yr vs out of pocket.
