I'm just joking that you offended the proud cows that fuel the dairy business. Having said that, no other species on Earth drinks milk after being weaned off it. It also leeches calcium from your system because milk is high protein so you only get trace amounts of calcium from the milk anyway. That's why in Scandinavians countries where they consume large amounts of dairy, they have the highest rates of osteoporosis. So I agree that diary isn't beneficial.

Thanks for the support, health-wise. You're absolutely right. However, I don't know if you know what goes on in the dairy industry, animals-wise? Cows, sadly, are not proud to be a part of the dairy industry, hence me recommending "Dairy is scary". It's worth a watch, if interested. Thanks. ????
