-right to life
-right to self preservation
-right to property ownership
-right to associate

the state (any government) can use the force of violence and aggression to confiscate these rights until they wish to give them back as "privileges" or as usa people have "constitution" and "bill of rights" these rights are actually a set of privileges the state gives the populace that if they actually wanted to, can confiscate these rights by force and bloodshed. All governments can do this and we let them get away with such activities.

the gov, at any time, can use its massive armies, police and national guard to stamp our resistance. It did do before, and it can do so again at any time.

-taxation and regulation
-unlawful imprisonment
-imprisonment for victimless crimes
-killing and planning to kill citizens
-unethical scientific experimentation on unwilling citizens

our government is structured in a way where people cannot attain supreme power. the government restricts gun ownership to protect lives, the right to life. taxation is to defend us with the army, help us with social services, and help us rise and give opportunities through education.

you cannot restrict one freedom in place of another freedom. That's still a rights violation regardless, you also have the right to self preservation, which gun laws restrict.

taxation is involuntary, which is theft and theft is immoral, also education and medical services can be privatized and more reliable when so. The army doesn't protect us, they kill foreigners that interfere with our governments plans.

also killing citizens happens a lot, look at police killing citizens, or the Kent state university incident.

also unlawful imprisonment of the japs during ww2, and the imprisonment for victimless crimes are ALSO counted as unlawful as they havnt committed any actual crime, just what the god says is illegal..
