Next time your bank offers it's "apologies"

There was a man in Florida who actually foreclosed on his bank when they tried screwing him on his mortgage. He showed up with huge moving truck and suddenly the bank was much more cooperative.

I made this meme after a coworkers story of being apologized to by his bank who screwed up. The bank? BofA! Same bank!

I have heard a lot of bad things about that bank.
