They were there for a weekend meeting with PR officials about recovery after Hurricane Maria. Would you rather they go while goverment was functioning?

btw, the National Emergency fund Trump plans on pilferring to cover for Mexico includes money slated for construction to repair and protect from hurricane damage in PR, Texas, and Louisiana.
