That's your issue.
A. Illegal immigration costs the country approximately 116 billion a year, yes, overstayed visas are part of it but get ICE on it and end sanctuary cities and the wall will pay for itself.
B. Just because it gets funded upfront, doesn't mean you can't get reimbursed.

Probably more trouble than it's worth. I'd rather see smaller government and get rid of the dead weight.
