Like I said...somebody with a camera. Probably on another plane.

so whe they're in the photos you think its in another plane it could be that (or a drone) but I don't think the photo or maybe even video would look like that if it's from a plane

Drone would be a good possibility if it's done in coordination with the aircraft.
