What a drag, I understand. I went through some stretches where i really struggled being sick, feeling good then right back to the next cold going around or whatever was making the rounds. Sounds simple but I increased my hydration and broke that cycle. You have probably got all the home remedies thrown at you, one odd thing I discovered for sore throat was yogurt (plain old vanilla) The coolness provided some relief but in a lot of cases provided better pain relief than lozenges and spray, depended on the sore throat. Everyone avoids dairy products, but in this case it helps me, I don't know- should try frozen yogurt bars some time, but I think the live culture has something to do with it. Both of these have provided relief for friends I mentioned it to,....so for what it's worth>>>> (which is about nothing). Hope you kick it and get feeling better soon.
