Partly his. He's not a smooth politician, he's a populist. He's not politically correct. We all know he's a salesman type, that shoots his mouth off but he comes through as honest on his platform (Newsflash: Every politician has lied), as he has tried to pass what he campaigned on, but you have people that will oppose him at every point because they hate him so much.
Now he hasn't succeeded with all his promises but he has been consistent on what he promised to do. Alot of people voted for Republicans to advance Trump's agenda and they spat in the face of their voters.
Normally I'd agree with you, but the public has been so poisoned against him, by the media, sjws, Democrat leaders, the education system etc that it's seen as a moral stance to oppose anything he wants and Democrat politicians and corrupt RINO will grandstand against him. So my point is that while he has his faults, and I'm really starting to wonder if he even knows the power he has as president, it's not all his fault. Security used to be important to democrats. We have the quotes.
The memes point is the hypocrisy of Democrats. As far as I know Trump has been consistent in his support for the idea.
