What's Your First Memory And How Old Are You In That Memory?

I remember watching the Vietnam war news every night

I remember watching the draft. I was very aware of what it was too.

i remember when i was 4 but i think my older brother remembers stuff from when he was 2.

Being in the hospital for German Measles. My mom said I was around 2.

Yikes! Your measles must have been bad. I feel bad for your two year old self.

That was 48 years ago. They let you stay in the hospital 3 weeks if you had an ulcer back then. Haha

I was in for a week with a cracked elbow. Lol.

I recall some from as early as 3 years old. Mostly being shaken by my mother or her general rage. I recall a lot of things me and my siblings did.

Lot's of first memories aren't great memories. My first memory is of our new puppy getting his eye poked out by our neighbor with a rake. I was 1 1/2. I remember everything since then because of my parents.

Poor puppy!

He lived to be 18. He was my dad's dog.

I was afraid to ask! Glad the dog lived a long life!
