Of course God's already predestined who goes to heaven and who goes to hell! Of course Jesus loved and died for only the "elect". It's called "Calvinism"! But I think the Bible says we all have the chance to go to heaven because Jesus loves everyone and died for all sins. And we decide whether to accept or reject Him.
