Re-do this with a different color font. It's very difficult to read the punch line. It's best to use something like light yellow, green or blue: #FFFF99, #99FF99, or #99FFFF. As alternatives, substitute 6 or 3 for the 9s. The higher numbers give more of a "washed out" look.
Also, it's "tradition" for memes to use Impact font, with a bit of black shadow. I find 3 pixels usually works best.
And with Impact, put 2 spaces between words--it makes the text a lot more readable.
