On the bottom of a little stool I found the "California warning label." Do they think I'm going to eat the stool? Is that common out there?

Depends what you mean by stool. We eat a Lotta "stool" in the news for the silliness of our politicians. On the other hand if it's a wooden stool we rarely eat those anymore, must be a antique.

I'm as far West as you can go in California. If an earthquake breaks a dirtclod off of the cliff I'm swimming. :)

I don't care. We got a lot of craziness south of us but my area is predominately republican and "middle class". :)

I think of myself as a right leaning independent, with most of my family and friends being republican. Here in Philadelphia, we might be the only non-democrats! Well not quite but it seems that way! Lol

We have good friends in Philly, as a country rube I'm always intimidated when we visit though. Big city and all.

I've lived here and Baltimore most of my life. While they have some benefits, I'm looking forward to moving someplace more country in the next few years. I've seen enough of cities to make me sick.

Maryland doesn't bother me to much. Had more of a suburbs feel I thought, even in Baltimore.

Yeah some parts of it are still fun and safe. Other parts are scary as hell.

For that real country life the upper western States are still pretty much what you would imagine. WY-MT-ND-SD. Good, mind your business, don't start none won't be none type places.
