Uh, it's the Federal Reserve, against Trumps wishes, that raises the rates.

It is not the job of the Fed to please a president. He should have stayed with Yellen but no can't do that because Obama appointed her. Fed Chairman Powell was appointed by Trump so he only has himself to blame.
