As far as the crimes against humanity, I seriously doubt it has any weight. But that background image has signs of character assassination of an actual good guy.
I really just want to say, calling Windows a monopoly suggests that they make computers that won't run Apple's OS, when MS just makes software (until recently (Surface Pro)). Apple does not let you install their OS on the "billions" of non-Apple PCs (and yes, Apple technically makes PCs), whereas MS makes their OS run on every PC (or as much as possible). If anything, MS probably led to the standardization of PC hardware so that this was possible. Apple on the other hand decided early on to be a unique snowflake and create the cool kids club by making non-standard proprietary hardware with an intentionally different OS that is not allowed to run on all the other hardware (because it wouldn't work as well as Windows does, honestly). MS has it harder than Apple. Meanwhile, the vast rest of the world is getting shit done. Their PCs are NOT the best computers out there, they're just pretty good and marketed as another tier. Apple failed at making better software, but really kicks ass in advertising. They got you after all, am I right? Look at how vastly much more other PCs are out there, and then look at the trillion dollar company Apple and their overvalued hardware that only some people have. Seriously, why would US citizens want to get rid of the better of operating systems? Apple is the one trying to get an actual monopoly by making an OS that can legally only be installed on their hardware.
