That's a lie.

Trump tried to dissolve it the minute he took office but was delayed by a NY Judge.

He tried to avoid the liabilities associated with the court ordered dissolution. He didn't try to dissolve it when he was buying Tebow's helmet for $42,000 or donating $25,000 to the campaign of Florida's attorney general, did he. He and his children will have civil liabilities and limitations because of the court intervention. That is why he tried to close it down, after the NY Attorney General started the process. File the information he put out about his effort to close his charity with his comments about never paying a porn star to cover up an affair. I'll bet you bought that lie when he said it, too.

That's what I'm going off of. I've noticed most news is BS if it portrays Trump and his agenda negatively. I'll bet this is a setup, just like the Flynn stuff. Trump is going to get off with less than a slap on the wrist because he handled these things correctly and legally. Hillary is going to be charged with criminal wrongdoing because she didn't. It's all part of the plan and the Fake News is trying to spin it.

As to the pornstar stuff, he had a completely legal non disclosure agreements with those two, even in regards to campaign stuff. No violations occurred according to a statement by the former Federal Elections Committee Chairman. One of them violated that agreement and now has to pay Trump a few hundred thousand dollars.

The DNC and Fake News ruins lives to take whatever jab they can at Trump and his agenda. I almost feel bad for bimbo Stormy. Almost.

Here is a uqote from a news story from September 14, 2016 that says the investigation which ended in the dissolving of the Charity started in June of 2015. "The investigation was begun by Eric Schneiderman's office last June, according to Schneiderman, after a 2013 donation of $25,000 was made to a political action committee that backed the re-election of Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi." If you recall Bondi was one of the first AGs to settle with Trump University and let him off the hook for conning thousands of people out of millions of dollars.
