Good investors aren't pulling out of the market. Good investors are taking advantage of the price drops to pick up stock that is now "on sale". Buy low...sell high. Only amateurs panic and pull out. The only people that are justified in moving money to safer investments are those in or near retirement, but their money should already be secured anyway if they monitor their investments correctly based on age.
