Vaccine related injuries are well documented. Pharmaceutical drugs kill thousands every year. And yes, vaccines have succeeded in ending common diseases.

They do not kill thousands every year. In the U.S, they generally don't even kill hundreds. Only one in a million children will suffer a severe adverse reaction to a vaccine, and even that doesn't necessarily mean death. So while I will not deny that vaccines can kill people, I will say that it is extremely, incredibly rare and definitely worth the risk.

I never heard this much talking about medicine ever since I argued with my friends about medicine for kids
