What is meant by 'presented' nipples? Does that mean they're a present for somebody?

It's a phrase Tumblr coined in their new rules about what types of nudity they'll allow. Meaning for like health, breast feeding or educational reasons.

Uh-huh...I see...so 'presented' is sort of like showing them just for the sake of showing them without any constructive purpose...makes sense, I guess, if they want to change their viewership...but what about Nazi blogs? Will the place be overrun with them?

No, but I'm guessing they aren't removing them, a Tumblr user posted screenshots of them searching tags on FB for porn and kkk stuff.
