I could see it if they had a broken leg, or were missing legs (or some other disability), but too many people want to treat their dog like it's a baby. But dogs need to walk. It's good for them, and most want to.

If a dog can walk, walk it, if it can't it can't. Those wheel chair things are pretty funny.
