There is no study on this. My meme was actually making a point, albeit weak, that net neutrality is killing everyone (sarcasm). I did however read last year about the numbers of people dying from treatable diseases had jumped significantly due to the huge deductibles in ACA coverage plans. They just weren't going to the doctor or hospitals. I don't consider this a left/right issue though. I think there's something to it, and of course, there are people making the correlation and attributing cause. I'm admittedly in the dark here. I believe everyone should have access to health care in a country that spends billions of less needed items. I'm just unaware of how to make that happen without unintended consequences rearing their head.
