You showed me individuals who work for Private schools many of them who are religious schools and they have not proven they were fired for being Gay, They could have been fired because they were poor teachers. with the exception of terVeer who did sue and decided to settle out of court and he got 1/4 million$$.

The ppl you posted were fired and they alleged it was because they were gay, they could have been fired for just being shitty teachers. They were also private religious schools most of them. Peter TerVeer may have some credibility to his case, as I said in the first post, it would be a major law suit as Peter did do and He decided to settle out of court for a 1/4 million.

The religious schools have contracts, I should know my bosses wife was a Catholic school teacher, If that said school has in the contract that no sexual orientation , discussions etc should be discussed in class and that teacher signs it, no matter how wrong or right that contract may be, they can be fired ..This goes for hetro too. My cousin is a dept head at a public school and the things they can and cannot discuss in the classroom has become more strict over the years. I can tell you that a public school contract is probably more lenient than any religious, private school.

again, most schools are against discussing any homo/hetro of sexual discussion of any kind,especially to 3rd graders. period. Its in the contracts. If it is not then like i said b4, they have a good lawsuit.
