I put up the flags of the people who got really pissed when i brought up and defended Thanksgiving.
I went to a campus and asked some questions about thanksgiving before i made the meme.

What questions did you ask, and how did you respond?

"Should Thanksgiving be celebrated?" and "Is Thanksgiving racist?" and some others like that.

And how did they reply?

"Its racist and it shouldn't be celebrated because Europeans committed genocide against the natives and we came and stole their land."
I responded with "95% of natives died from disease. Yes, there were bloody encounters i wish didn't happen, but civilizations have clashed ever since humans existed. And we turned a vast wilderness into the greatest country that ever existed"
