I first learned about Georges Méliès from Tom Hanks’ HBO mini series “From The Earth To The Moon” back in the 90s where his cutting edge movie was stolen by Thomas Edison. And now I learn from you about his mermaid and Disney! Méliès Is like Bad Luck Brian! Thank you!

They are all great and yes I need to watch that mini series again.

I had to buy the CD set on Amazon, it’s no longer available on HBO On-Demand, nor is it streamed on Amazon or Netflix. And it was great. I was 12 years old when the Apollo 11 mission happened. I remember watching it on TV. Those were heady times, especially for a 12 yo.
