It's no a coincidence that states waith higher minimum wages (and overall wages) have higher costs of living.

I’ve lived around the world. Trust me the wages still aren’t what they should be for cost of living.
I don’t blame you. We can’t buy anything anyway. He will probably transfer at least one or two more times before we settle anywhere, too hard to sell quickly. So more than likely a condo one day or tiny house so we can travel after final retirement. Who knows lol
