R.I.P. Roy Clark

I have been watching YouTube videos of him playing and he was amazing. But, already knew that going in.

And he was one of the relatively few country artists who successfully crossed over and had hits on the pop charts as well.

Some people do recognise talent when they see it. I actually have one of his CD's "The Lightning Fingers of Roy Clark".

With me. it's "In Concert: Roy Clark" the 1976 vinyl LP (which I don't play because I cant find a replacement record needle cartridge for my turntable). =(

I have vinyl records too. My old record player has a bad belt or something. I'm afraid to ruin my records.

I seriously need to win the lottery or rob a bank or something. Then I could afford to have a local media service take all my vinyl and have them transferred to CDs. I know there are conversion turntables available, but I'd ideally like to have the job done by profe$$ional $ound engineer$.
