After training numerous veterans with emotional problems that struck out violently the military has a history of covering them up, and many of those went on to commit mass shootings including Devin Patrick Kelley & Rusty Rumley Jr.! However they're often quick to investigate or prosecute those that speak out against corruption, or wars based on lies, which might make many of these shootings and wars far less common!
