Yes it is insane! They did controlled fire across from where he lives so he should be safe now but the smoke is of course awful.

I am so happy your friend got out safe. As someone who lives only 40 minutes from Paradise I see people everyday who barely made it out of there. We were there one week before at the doctors and going shopping. Then I wake up to find out that its burning out of control and its like hell out there. I pray my past teachers and doctors are safe. The smoke here is so bad its like a thick fog and the suns like a red orange. I am am deeply happy your friend made it out.

Thank you so much that’s very kind of you. Yes he is good but it’s still very smoky. He’s one of the lucky ones. I just hope some of those missing are ok too and just haven’t been able to communicate yet. Please stay safe where you are!!!!
