Spending is a problem. So let's cut corporate taxes and shift the tax burden onto individuals even more.
The tax cuts will explode the deficit because they never cut spending. The tax cuts will give a short sugar high that can't be sustained. The trade war is helping the revenue side right now since everyone is buying and stocking up before the tariffs hit. The sugar high won't last long

Oh, how sad that people who didn’t have to pay taxes before - because they had no job and , thus, no income to tax - now have the burden of paying income taxes BECAUSE THEY NOW HAVE AN INCOME.
Taxes don’t create revenue, production does. All taxes do is pay for the infrastructure and services corporations and individuals rely on to be productive.
