It sounds like you propose addressing poverty and addiction in this country to reduce crime.

And, what of all the people who were seeking medical care and were duped into opioid addiction? Remember, this affects people from all walks of life.

You claimed that 300 out of 307 shootings were related to crime. Addressing poverty in black and white communities are equally effective at reducing violent crime. It appears that you are promoting solutions like those that reduce poverty over gun control. That is all.
