The third try had a misspelling...then I had to check on this one if having an E on gelatin was an acceptable spelling

Fun fact lol. I bet that was the original spelling and we shortened it somehow

I did know that, actually. Eating gelatin was considered a status symbol because most people couldn't afford enough meat to be able to collect the gelatin and eat it.
