My apologies as well, It's a meme and it doesn't allow for a long drawn out detailed explanation. I'll explain what it means.... It is basically describing propaganda by the media and the manipulation tactics they use to guide people's feelings and thoughts. I merely pointing out that propaganda is far more effective and powerful when it is mixed with truth. For example, "My cousin is such a big guy, he could play professional football... versus... My cousin is so big he could play pro-football but they won't let him because he would physically hurt the other players and possible cripple them for life. The second statement carries over the same truthful idea from the first but then proceeds to exaggerate so much to the point of morphing itself into a lie.
