I don't know who Rachel Maddow is, I don't get American cable news channels, so far I don't think I'm melting down, migrant/refugees, semantics, either way they're fleeing in desperation, but the overall issue is the f**king negative rhetoric being spewed by the right. It's all hate, fear and anger.
