He won with only 25% of the voting population. Who's historically bad at showing up on election day? Oh yeah. Young voters and minorities. The ones who generally vote blue.

Doesn't look like Dems lost you at all...you guys officially supported Hillary, and continue to be super blue in your policy stances. Either you (personally) are breaking ranks in support of Trump, or you (the union as a whole) need leadership that is in line with the actual workers.

The Big Bosses will always publicly be Dem, the soldiers were big time for Trump.Same with my Buds at Boeing in Tinicum pa, Bosses- hillary, workers=trump. There are way more workers than bosses.

a lot of the groundwork was done in the past, they try to really help the working man in most cases, like some, after 25,30 etc yrs example, you can get a pension, If you continue to work its not worth it, its designed to let a new guy come in, you will make more money sitting at home..

That makes sense, but new leadership that supports Republicans wouldn't be able to do away with any of that, would they? I mean, if the current administration's policies are benefiting the workers, why couldn't new union leadership support it?
