Not to mention that it's the therians and otherkin who believe they're animals, most furries actually don't. Saying that is the equivalent of saying that it's okay to hunt the mascots for schools and sports teams simply because they are dressed up like an animal so that means they automatically want to be one. Also. by that logic if you cosplay as a superhero, it would make you responsible for saving other people's lives the same way a super hero does because apparently that means you believe you actually are one. On top of that, even though one may believe they're an animal doesn't change the fact that they are legally human, so therefore 'hunting' them would be murder. Now you might think I'm taking this too seriously, but know that I get that this is just a joke. I just hear it so many times and it is so repetitive and annoying and unoriginal that I just finally had to say something.
