Depends upon what country you live in I guess. Canada is the first industrialized country to legalize recreational mj. In the USA it is a mishmash with each state deciding what is and what isn't legal regarding mj and even just CBD from hemp.

Each state making their own decisions is how it is supposed to work in the US. Are there marijuana stores in Canada? Are they allowed to advertise?

I don't live in Canada. I would assume since it is legal now they will be allowed to advertise. I don't use mj. Never have not once. I use hemp derived CBD after seeing how much it help the arthritis in my dog.
