The best thing you could do is to vote against incumbents seeking a >2nd term... regardless of party. Also write in a vote for all those with only 1 choice. IMO
That is my normal pattern but I can't aford that, this time around no dems will get my vote. To many crooks at the top have ruined it for the start up criminals. In the past, I supported a few local dems, that has also ended.
