I created this image by cropping the original. That's the joke, I guess. With his current girlfriend "out of the picture", so to speak, he's free to lie to the next one who catches his eye. It will not end well, of course: she'll be back. I tend to agree with you, BTW, that the one who caught is eye is pretty bland and is not an improvement over what he's got - of course, maybe that's the joke, that men are just dogs. Anyway, now that I've ruined the joke by over-explaining it, I can move on with my day. :)
