This is so blatantly wrong. FEMA, 600 Coast Guard along with 20 helicopters, and 2,000 National Guard were positioned and ready before the hurricane even struck. An additional 3,000 National Guard was called up the day it hit. There are first responders from around the country that are all assisting. They are doing house to house searches. There were tracker trailers with food and water were stationed outside the danger zone, just waiting to help.
Your meme is disingenuous and false. It belittles the heroic effort all these people have been doing.
As far as President Trump, he knows not to visit immediately. It takes many resources to protect him when he comes. So he usually visits when it will have less impact.
