So these memes don't show up on your page?

It looks like memes in "repost" and "politics" don't show up on your public profile, but they DO show up when you select My Images, and comments you make on memes in those streams do show up on the comments on your public profile, so...

Thing is I like to go to peoples profiles and see their memes, oh well lol

Hey, hope you don't mind me asking, but - what ended up happening to 80s Movies Week? Did it ever happen? Were you the user who was going to do that? :-)

I didn't know about it. Was it about the John Candy thread that made it come about?

The only problem is, tags don't take you across streams (or they didn't, when I checked yesterday). So people might need reminders to go to the repost section to see the memes for the week.

I was trying to figure out a way to announce it. I guess I'm going to spam all streams. If they take it down, so be it, they created this mess. I want to fill up the repost stream for repost week. I guess this will show how messed up this is. A recent political meme that's a slam dunk front pager, is buried in political. It would have easily had 200+ upvotes. These streams should be filters, not categories.

No, I thought someone just did a meme proposing 80s Movies Week, asking who wanted to do it. Maybe I mixed up the user, sorry (either that, or I dreamed it while imgflipping in my sleep). Good luck with Repost Week. :-)
