Looks like she's trying to jerk the head. Faster... faster!

Wait, wasn't she the star of Jews In Space, as skit from the *still* upcoming History of the World, Part II. Thought I heard a rumor recently that it would actually get made. Now THAT would be nice! :-)

SEDAGIVE?! SEDAGIVE?!!! | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
That would be nice...when Part I came out I thought for sure there would be a Part II...The Young Frankenstein scene is one of my favorites, Gene Wilder uses charades to get Marty Feldman and Teri Garr to give the monster a sedative and Marty Feldman yells, "Give him a sedagive!" After the monster is tranquilized Gene looks at Marty..."Sedagive?!...SEDAGIVE?!!!" Maybe it's an OCD thing, but that just cracks me up (I can't remember if I mentioned this, but our two goldens had a litter last Halloween and we gave the pups temporary Halloween themed names. We rehomed all but the the one we named "Eyegore" who we still have (although we call him "Romeo" now)).

Yes, you mentioned Eyegore - I remember. I questioned you about it at the time. Probably spelling or pronunciation but you set me straight on it.

Marty Feldman was so bizarre and unique. Always a thrill to watch. That f#cking eye of his and the sounds he made would set me off every time. :-)

Gene Wilder and Cloris Leachman were awesome in "Young Frankenstein", but Marty Feldman absolutely made the movie :)

I agree 100 percent.

Still, who would name their daughter Cloris? Sounds like detergent! :-p

...or a part of the female anatomy lol. :)

Great catch there - now it is forever burnt into memory. If I ever meet a Cloris (low probability though) I'll have to mention it. Could be worse. Some people are named Dick. :-p

imgflip.com/i/1zhwqj Not sure if you saw that episode of Seinfeld. Jerry forgot the name of the woman he was dating and she told him her name rhymes with a part of the female anatomy ("Delores" (I was thinking "Regina")). George suggested "Mulva" and "Gipple"

I missed that episode (well, I don't watch television) but it sounds hilarious!

Hey, thanks for the link - that meme was before my time.

Since I started in Feb., I ...

... missed it by THAT much. :-)

imgflip.com/i/15t08s Here's another one from when I first got started. Actually, when I first came here it was exclusiv to generate memes to post on Facebook (I didn't even notice that you could post memes thus the uninspired username). Being a red guy with a lot of blue friends the political memes pissed off a lot of people (and frankly when I look back I wish I hadn't posted many of them). When I decided to stop posting on Facebook I discovered that I could post here somewhat anonymously and when I first got started I posted a lot of political memes. Now I see some of the vitriol associated with political memes and I try to resist the temptation to get political (although sometimes I slip). I know some of the people on here I admire most disagree with me politically so in the words of a famous user, "I'm just here to have fun" :)

I like political memes when they're funny or interesting. Not the kind where Team A attacks Team B though. They're kinda boring and immature. There's a lot of funny stuff to be found in politics, and late night hosts are good at presenting it. We need more like that.

I did a couple but not recently.I think I'm done with political memes. Here's an old one, just for kicks... :-)

imgflip.com/i/1klzmd Upvoted! Actually there is a lot of good humor in politics, but so many people are so polarized it's hard to find common ground

I stumbled on it while looking for the clowns in trucks:

As far as I know, there are only 2 or three more in my portfolio. But I never attack an entire party - that's rarely entertaining. Maybe never. :-)

LMAO!...This is Mitch's predecessor. I'm pretty certain I've never attacked a party (unless Antifa counts as a party) :)

Actually it's Harry Reid, father of The Nuclear Option :)

I've heard the name, and the option. Fortunately both are in the past. Is the nuclear option where everybody just votes to override the other party's idea? Was it about a budget issue?

Hmm. I think it was easier for me to ignore politics back then.

Makes me want to slingshot around the sun and go back to the time I could tune it all out. News providers seem to just go for outrage lately. And many are owned by billionaires with agendas. Journalism has left the building. ;-)

Harry Reid was the Senate Majority Leader for much of the Obama administration. The way I understand it judges required a 2/3's majority in The Senate to be confirmed, but Harry was able to turn that into a simple majority. Fast forward to 2018 and the Republicans usedthat same nuclear option to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to The Supreme Court.
The whole thing reeks of 3rd grade recess, which is the main reason I've steered away from politics (for the most part)...I wonder if Peabody and Sherman still have The Wayback Machine :)

Thanks for the info. I was blissfully unaware of those shenanigans and will try my best to forget.

The Wayback Machine was rented out to Simon Bar Sinister, who turned it into the Internet Archive in a fit of unparalleled evil.

See your favorite websites as they were in the past...

He also basically killed the filibuster, a tool the minority party had used for almost a century. I guess he thought that, like California, his opponents would always be the minority, not his own descendants.

We just lost a TOS crew member. A friend of Pavel's.

Celeste Yarnall (Yeoman Landon) beamed up for the final time.
