When anyone steals from a corporation by switching price tags or some other form of "Theft By Deception," they'll be prosecuted to the full extent of the law! However, when corporations commit "Theft By Deception" with misleading advertising or hiding fraud in the fine print the government will do little or nothing, and if victims protest they might be thrown in jail!
