In socialism, it has nothing to do if your wealth. The systems will get backed up, and everyone, rich or poor will have to wait an absurd amount of time.
On the other hand, if you are rich, you can afford to maybe travel to another country that isn't ass backwards and maybe get the medical treatment you need to live.
