Please, forgive me... if I drove you off. Was not my intention.. My meme was not to put women down. It was fear for my sons that escaped -that they would always have the Sword of Damocles hanging over their heads (based on the whim of a girl they might have met who could later destroy them). Some misinterpreted discretion could possibly ruin their lives. They or some other unsuspecting son could have their lives ruined just by a mere accusation -one resulting from misinterpretation or from anger or jealousy. Perhaps very few sons would be totally unfettered and free to reach for their dreams from this ubiquitous mousetrap. Please, come back.

Do not project today's climate far into the future. This is 'send a message' and 'make a few examples' time. Men in general will behave some amount more respectful toward women and parents will, in general, make a larger effort to make sure their boys treat women and their rights with respect. That said, should BK not be confirmed, it isn't a loss to all boys everywhere.

As far as my opinion goes. I do not think the allegations are false. And the smart people reporting on the current Justice nominee say they think he will be confirmed. As far as our country goes, I think we could nominate someone else without such claims against them. Concisely, I think, given the allegations, someone else should be selected to sit on the highest court in the country. I do not want false allegations to harm anyone.

Well, it looks like the allegations have worked -at least in your case, huh? You are already to deny this man the job, yet you haven't even heard Dr. Ford's words nor his denial. My point is that all someone has to do to ruin a man, in this gender war culture, is to make a false or misleading allegation. You are allowing a person to weaponize their sexuality to ruin another. Of the recent big TV and entertainment stars that have lost something, which one or ones had only false claims against them? That isn't to suggest the outcome with BK, this goes to show that false claims do not happen that much. The false claims that do happen are often recanted quickly. I have faith in the justice system, but not without an investigation and not with congresspersons interviewing the alleged victim. My opinion has no bearing on the outcome of BK.
