Please understand why Feinstein sat on this letter. Had she presented it in July, it would have been investigated in a timely manner. Kavanaugh would have been vindicated or asked to step down. Had he stepped down, his replacement would still have been voted on this week. The Dems are doing this to take the confirmation process past midterms. Nothing more than a delay tactic.
