I realize that Scoyland Yard, MI-6, and Theresa May have all convicted these gents (and by extension - Putin), without a trial... Or conforming to OPCW protocols... But there may be a bit more to the story than than the Western Press is letting-on. One theory I've heard is that these blokes are connected to an Oligarch with Western allegiances.
