Sometimes memes get buried by a tidal wave of unnecessary memes

I feel you. It's not even about being seen for me, but rather the browsing here is getting so. not. fun.

It just sucks sometimes when you have come out with 10 others, and half are wasteful memes. I'm just tired of the clutter. I know it's not Imgflip fault. I always downvote foreign language and blank memes hoping they go back to submission.

I flag the foreign language ones. They usually disappear pretty quick when I do. But yeah. I definitely agree.

I do too. Lately there has been racial slurs on here. It's a shorten version of the n word. I think the same meme has been trying to be posted.

I have seen a lot of weird stuff too. Such as what you mention, but also the sudden flood of "islamaphobe" memes. All by different users. I assume it is one person with 3-4 alt accounts. I hope it's all just a passing phase.

Yeah. As long as the community doesn't give them comments or up votes who ever it is will give up and go elsewhere. Hopefully!

I agree that it's frustrating though.

It's not that I want it in a prominent position, just tired of useless submissions like people making an advertisement. I don't care if they use the site to make something, just don't submit it. I make stuff for personal use also, never submit it for everyone to see.
