Any idiot can deregulate and stimulate the economy. It matters HOW, you do it, cuz rivers catch fire w/o the EPA. And the Hitler type can build roads, but the truth catches up to bullshit methods, if you wait long enough. Then somebody else is paying for your indulgence.
