First World Problems

I'm working on it again! I have some knee trouble that interferes with exercise, so tha's irritating. It will be a slower process I guess.

I had plantar fasciitis from overtraining so I could take pictures with no shirt on on vacation last summer. Took 6 months to get better. Added almost 20lbs back from not being able to exercise for 6 months.

I have had that before! Man, that can be a terrible thing if it gets too bad.

Well I was shute I had a bone spur or some kind of blood clot, because it felt like a half a peanut was under my skin when I walked. The doctor laughed at me when I said that. He took a few images and said it’s plantar fasciitis. He gave me an L shaped brace to wear at night and said stop going to the gym, stop running and stop squatting 400+ lbs. And that I have to be an idiot if I didn’t think that would make it worse, even though it didn’t hurt when I was doing it. It took a full 6 months to get better. But it did get better. Now I’m stuck with all this fat!

I have a toe spur. It can really hurt a lot sometimes. But the way you describe it while funny is also accurate. Mine feels that way sometimes. I have to be mindful of what I do because I tend to get it going a gain if I'm not careful! I tell you what else hurts. And that;s Joplin';s nerve. It can give the sensation of having a hair wrapped around the middle toes, and a lot of pain too.

The doctor said don’t listen to people they’re idiots and if you google your symptoms you have blood clots bone spurs and cancer.

Your doctor is right. People are idiots. I had Bell's Palsy and everyone thought I had a stroke. I had to do a lot of talking to make people understand. It was stupid.
